Community Living Burlington

All programs are provided for individuals with a developmental disability. Residential - provide residential services to individuals 365 days per year up to 24 hours per day employment - help find work in the community. Day programs - life skills and recreation programs who do not have the desire or skills to work. Respite - after school care for individuals who live with their families. Children's inclusion services - resource consultants provide support to children with their day care or school environment. Community resource facilitator - support individuals and their families to connect with resources in the community.
