Community development halton is an intermediary organizaton that provides a research and development function that serves halton's voluntary sector agencies municipal and regional governments and local grass roots organizations concerned with the well-being of people in their community. An intermediary organization is one that helps to improve the effectiveness of the sector and facilitates it development through research needs identification education and training. They help shape the civic foundation of care and support in our community.
