Providing bursaries or grants based on financial needs to students entering or enrolled in post-secondary education at university college or professional schools. 3. Providing scholarships and/or grants based on academic achievement to students enrolled in private educational schools. 4. Providing bursaries or grants based on financial needs to students entering or enrolled in private educational schools. 5. Provinding financial grants to registered charities under the income tax act (canada) whose purposes are for the advancement of education.
