Providing library services to the general public particularly the residents of the city of surrey; maintaining and managing a collection of publications and media both print and electronic for reading viewing and research; providing a variety of programs for a demographically and culturally diverse population. Launched mobile library service enabling the library to reach more people throughout the city. Launched an indigenous knowledge-keeper program ran an asl storytime series to enable deaf and hard-of-hearing children and their families to enjoy library programming. Relaunched streetsmart in partnership with the city of surrey at the city centre branch. This service supports the unsheltered population in multiple ways
