1. Providing the administration of the canadian pacific district organization of the church of the nazarene in bc and yukon areas 2. Providing leadership and guidance to local church pastors and congregations as needed 3. Providing opportunities for professional development of church leaders and church lay people 4. Promoting church growth and new church plantings both administratively and financially as needed 5. Locating and assisting in the selction of pastors as needed 6. Providing assistance for churches undergoing challenges with either personnel or financial assistance 1. Working with an advisor regarding redevelopment of church properties to provide much needed housing.
