Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre is a multi-service agency providing accessible and innovative programming for community members in Toronto’s Northwest end including low-income children youth and families homeless men vulnerable adults and seniors. Breaking Barries Program is an integrated approach to service delivery across our shelter housing and drop-in programs. CONC’s Shelter and Housing Programs and our Drop-In & Food Access Program work in close collaboration to provide targeted supports that assist program participants and shelter residents to take steps toward better health security and sustainability. The Nook children's after school programs and LFOT Kitchen social enterprises located on George Chuvalo Neighbourhood Centre the Centre has a special focus on children youth families and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
