Managed and administered capital funds to provide lower interest rate financing for capital projects of christian reformed church congregations and for independent parent and member directed christian schools across canada. All borrowers are registered charitable organizations and are all in canada. The board donated approximately 25% of net income to qualified donees instead of adding to retained earnings. The board wishes to have funds active in charitable causes.
