Christ Church Elbow Park Endowment Trust

The Trust was created by the Anglican Parish of Christ Church Elbow Park in Calgary Alberta to hold all monies and properties given by the Parish Council of the Church any person or body corporate for long term purposes for the Church or for any other purpose deemed beneficial by the Church or the Parish Council from time to time which are for: (a) the advancement of religion; (b) relief of poverty; (c) the advancement of education; or (d) other purposes beneficial to the community. Pursuant to the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the Trust's agreement with The Calgary Foundation and in the sole discretion of the Trust's Board of Trustees the Trust makes a contribution each year to the Church of a minimum of 5% of the market value of the Trust's investments as at December 31 of the preceding year.
