Funds promotes and provides leadership in bc in all aspects of child development through research training and development of rehabilitation techniques and equipment. Funds facilitates and promotes program such as communication therapy physical therapy services offered by the centrefor child development of the lower mainland and other organization for children with special needs. Funds service programs for abused children including children with disabilities.
