Chebucto connections works with people to identify and address local issues. We continue to run pathways to education provding 250+ students academic leadership and financial support. Echo - a hub model for community members to help them access a wide variety of services in one key location. Prescribing possibilities - access to one on one support to address issues of povery through health professionals & community partnerships. 55+ - supporting seniors to get connected stay healthy and make a difference in their community. Libaray club - provides children 0-5yrs old in the spryfield community a new age appropriate book mailed to their home once a month free of charge. Community food market - provides community members who are struggling with food cost a free produce pack that includes fresh eggs bi-weekly. Oral health program - provided community members access to inclusive low barrier oral health in a dignified way that had no dental coverage. Elevate - provides youth between 15-30 yrs old tailored employment readiness skills and training along with a six week work experience.
