1) crisis intervention - 24 hour crisis line - accompaniment to medical and legal services; 2) support and advocacy - short-term or long-term support counselling; 3) referral and information regarding relevant community agencies/resources; 4) education and prevention - lending library speaking engagements community displays special projects; 5) outreach services - satellite services in outlying communities and secondary schools.
