Charles & Eve Chang Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to distribute funds and property in the form of grants or otherwise to such organizations as are qualified donees as defined by the income tax act (canada); to receive gifts bequests funds and property from all sources and to hold invest administer and distribute such funds and property for the purposes of the foundation; and to do all such other things are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the foundation.
