Centre for Sexuality Society

We provide programs and services that support healthy bodies healthy relationships and healthy communities. We facilitate a comprehensive relationships and sexual health education program in calgary and the surrounding area we offer programs and provide services to vulnerable youth and adults in community settings we offer individuals with information suport and referrals on a variety of issues related to sexual health sexuality gender and healthy relationships. We provide workshops to parents about talking to their children about sexuality. We offer a program for boys we have a girl's program and we provide training to professionals (nurses doctors social workers youth workers staff in corporate settings) to help them address sexual health issues with their clients and create healthy workplaces. We have programs for people with intellectual and dvelopmental disabilities and we are partnering with two indigenous communities to provide existing programs and build new programs that are responsive to their needs we are working with several cultural communities to adapt wiseguyz and girl's program to be culturally relevant. We are also working with them to build public awareness materials on gender-based violence prevention.
