Centre D'Alphabetisation Laurentien

The Laurentian Literacy Centre is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving basic and functional proficiency in reading writing speaking listening numeracy and life skills. Our programs are adapted to the needs and goals of adults youth and families and are designed to improve the socio-economic health and quality of life of the Laurentians. We offer one-to-one one hour tutoring sessions once or twice a week in reading writing document assistance and technology assistance for adults. Our after-school program offers one-to-one one hour tutoring sessions once or twice a week for elementary and High school students in reading writing and math. The Laurentian Literacy Centre offers weekly Parent-Child educational activities to help rejuvenate the parent-child bond and create a positive link with the Centre. These programs are designated as fun & interactive stress-reducing craft-learning sessions.
