Increase understanding in canada about business practices leading to environmental protection and community social economic well-being. The sustainability procurement fellowship program is helf annually ongoing from the fall of 2023 through spring 2024 and the canadian purpose economy project is ongoing fall 2023 through fall 2024. New theory of change ' program: it is essentially work undertaken to explore potential future directions for the foundation and was funded by telus. It involved the engagement of various consultants and consultations with our board select cbsr members peer organizations and potential donors. This work is to help us better understand where in the sustainability ecosystem the cbsr education foundation can contribute the most and drive the most benevicial impacts for canadian companies and communities. The scope of work has been quite broad and was undertaken in two phases. The first was to consider our mission and theory of change in the current canadian context and would be donor interest and engagement. This project is providing valuable insights for the development of the foundation's next strategic plan and future evolution
