Employment Supports - provides support services and assistance to persons with mental illness and barriers to employment to find employment. Youth Program - provides youth with a structured program with assistance in seeking employment through work placement/employment opportunities. Self-Employment - provides support and assistance to persons seeking self-employment with business plans and small loans through third party. Social Enterprises - four social enterprises offering employment skills and training to move into comparable employment in the community. Needlehunters/Needle-Pick-up - specific contracts within the community to offer employment and services to the community through needle pick-up programs. Wellness Program - offering a healthy approach to our clients well-being in preparation to working in the community through exercise programs and education on healthy choices. Recreational/Vocational - offering services to persons with severe mental illness/developmentally challenged and line in community housing with a more in depth one on one service to adapt in the community.
