To receive and maintain a fund or funds for teh purpose of applying all or part in the form of grants to registered charities and other qualified donees in particular but not limited to those registered charities and qualified donees engaged in such activities as: the support of educaitonal programs including programs that build individual citizens capacity for leadership and effective participation in community life; the promotion and advancement of social and health programs and activities that contribute to the development of healthy communities.
