Carefor Health & Community Services

Carefor Health & Community Services a registered charity has been helping people remain comfortably and safely in their homes longer by providing home health care and community services to support their independence. In Eastern Ontario our local services are available in clients' homes in retirement facilities and in community centres. Programs include: Personal support and homemaking in-home rehabilitation nursing and footcare (in-home and clinic) palliative care wound/leg specialists dementia and respite care (day and 24 hour) transportation meal programs going home programs Hospice functional fitness assisted retirement living attendant outreach and congregate community programs. Carefor's programs are designed to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
