The organization was not active in the year as this is the first year and they are in the process of getting their operations up and running. Their programs will include: to educate the public on the importance of reducing and removing carbon dioxide emissionsby: a) engaging in research on methods to remove carbon dioxide emissions and the policies that can effectively scale them up in canada as part of a global effort to address climate change andby disseminating the results of this research to the public; b) conducting educational programs seminars conferences workshops and meetings onreducing and removing carbon dioxide emissions; and c) maintaining a website or other publicly available forum by which the public can access educational resources on reducing and removing carbon dioxide emissions carbon dioxide's role in climate change why carbon dioxide removal is needed to address and help avoid the worst impacts of climate change and other outcomes that are harmful to the environment.
