Other ongoing programs include peer-to-peer support for Charity CEOs and Social Innovators ED Mentoring Creative Day for Social Good Modern Board governance training and accreditation in partnership with Conestoga College Capacity by Design and Governance Excellence Award programs. OpenHearth the Women's Leadership Co-Creation Studio Advancing Equitable Charity Sector Change is designed to identify understand and minimize local barriers to charity leadership roles for women trans and non-binary people and Boards Embracing the Vision of Youth to train coach mentor and match youth with Boards that match their interest and serve the community.
