Quaterly disbursements to kasese district union of persons with disabilities (kadupedi) in uganda the funds were utilized by kadupedi to provide assistance devices such as tricycles white canes prosthetic arms and feet crutches calipers surgical beets raised shoes and wheelchairs to disabled individuals in their community.
