Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation

The Foundation will determine and prioritize needed research by maintaining a 3-5 member advisory committee of leading experts in the field of turfgrass agronomy and horticulture qualified as research scientists landscape architects agronomists turfgrass instructors turfgrass managers and the like who put forward and rank research topics (using criteria outlined in 3.4) for funding consideration by the Board of Directors including but not limited to: i. turf uses and function; ii. environmental impacts of turf; iii. sustainable turf management; iv. turf performance impacts on human safety; v. other needs indicated by regulators turf researchers designers and builders turf managers users and other stakeholders
