Cmha supports youth (age 12 to 25) with programs such mobyss bounceback choices and youth wellness. Epi program supports youth aged 14-34 that are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Cmha serves adult clients in variety of programs including assertive community treatment team case management court clinical therapy social recreation and peer support. Cmha offers a continuum of housing supports to meet many needs of individuals wherever they are at in the housing journey.this includes a housing first approach to finding securing and maintaining housing to intensive supportive housing through our community homes for opportunity program. Cmha delivers the ontario structured psychotherapy program providing convenient psychotherapy treatment to help individuals struggling with low mood stress or anxiety to improve their mental health. Services are offered in a culturally competent/person centered framework such that divers communities are served in a wide variety of languages. Outreach is on-going to serve distinct populations including the indigenous community chinese farsi italian russian and tamil speaking communities.
