We provide support for people with mental health and/or addiction concerns through our case management programs. We also provide support for people in crisis through our crisis programs. Our Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program provides high quality outcomes-oriented and evidence-based mental health supports to people in Ontario living with depression anxiety and anxiety-related conditions. We offer a range of workshops courses groups and services to promote positive health and create a supportive community. Our goal is to improve the well-being of the community through high quality mental health and addiction services. During the fiscal year we were one of the organizations to roll out the new 988 Crisis line across Canada. This help line will provide immediate assistance for suicide prevention and emotional distress services.
