The organization is a multi-service agency and provides community based mental health programs and services to persons with mental health problems and illnesses as such: - place individuals into appropriate housing and provide ongoing support - provide a variety of case management serices - perform outreach to the community services - provide employment rehabilitation and social/vocational rehabilitation
