The institute in addition to its regular courses conducted at mohawk college of applied arts & technology in hamilton the canadian welding bureau in nisku alberta and other in-plant training courses delivered to companies across canada also supervised ndt certification exams in accordance with the requirements of the canadian nuclear safety commision (cnsc) and the standards of the canadian general standards board (cgsb); and provided other member services to aid in canadian industry in the understanding and application of nondestructive testing inspection and evaluation techniques.
