Canadian Federation of University Women-Parksville/Qualicum B.c. Scholarship and Bursary Trust

The trust provides 1) scholarships to local high school women beginning university studies; 2) bursaries to mature women for further education; 3) memorial or similar scholarships to women in their 2nd year or beyond in university programs; 4) awards to women pursing graduate studies; 5) scholarship to a women enrolled in an early childhood education program; 6) award to a women in a trades program at vancouver island university and an award to a women in a trades program at north island college; funded by the trust and administered by each institution. The number and value of scholarships and awards vary with the funds available. Fundraising advertising shortlisting and selection of candidates are the activities of the trustees.
