The Canadian Bible Society's mission is to help the world hear God speak through His Word. Where people are at risk when faith is under siege to millions craving hope and a generation seeking purpose God speaks. We help them hear. Thanks to our generous supporters CBS can: > champion Scripture as the voice of God that reveals the living Word of God; > lead in translation publication and distribution of Bibles and Bible portions; > innovate in new formats and delivery channels to engage a wide range of people; > partner in opportunities for Scripture to be transformational in people's lives. Since 1904 CBS has promoted the use of the Bible throughout Canada and worldwide in cooperation with members of the United Bible Societies and other organizations.
