1. Advancement of Religion: A. Maintenance of place of public worship (10 volunteers / 10 hrs per week): • Holding weekly Sunday Services (Sunday) and Fasting Prayers (Friday) • A worship session held by the church youth which includes both traditional and contemporary Christian music • A sermon is delivered by our Church pastor – with roots in Biblical teachings and doctrines B. Providing Services for Children: Sunday Schools (3 volunteers / 10 hrs per week): • Holding weekly Sunday Schools for children • Each lesson is rooted in Biblical teachings • Children learn Bible stories Christian songs and participate in arts and crafts C. Providing Services for Youth: Christian Youth Groups (4 volunteers / 12 hrs per week): • Holding weekly Youth Groups (Saturday) for youth • Each lesson is rooted in Biblical teachings (ex. forgiveness love how to serve those in need) • Youth learn about Biblical doctrines and teachings and receive training to serve in the community • Youth also learn lessons about anti-racism and anti-drugs D. Fostering Christian Music: Choir Groups (3 volunteers / 6-8 hrs per week): • Holding weekly Choir Groups (Saturday) for youth • Christian music (both traditional and contemporary) is fostered among youth singers and musicians 2. Relief of Poverty: A. We collect and distribute food items for Shelters and Foodbanks (10-12 volunteers / 30 hrs per month) B. We collect and distribute clothing and basic necessities for Shelters (4-5 volunteers / 10 hrs per drive / 4 drives per year) 3. Community Support: A. Life Skills Course for Youth (4-5 volunteers / 10 hrs per month) • Youth are taught various life skills such as cooking baking sewing and financial literacy skills B. Assistance for Aging Individuals (4-5 volunteers / 10 hrs per week) • CPM assists the aging individuals with transportation for doctor appointments hospital/home visits shopping and visiting the church on Sundays C. Assistance for Newcom
