Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank Inc.

The cambridge food bank provides emergency food assistance to low-income individuals living in cambridge and north dumfries. We also provide a number of programs focusing on health and nutrition for adults families and children. In our garden approximately 10 000 pounds of organic produce for distribution to those in need. A low-cost farmers market that travels to 11 neighbourhoods offers fresh purchased produce well below retail prices. We also provide food and household supplies to 15 local non-profits as part of the region-wide food assistance network.
