To advance education (specifically post-secondary legal education) by providing scholarships bursaries and other forms of financial assistance exclusively to young women attending the royal university of law and economics (rule) in the city of phnom penh in the kingdom of cambodia. To relieve poverty by providing residential accommodation and financial assistance exclusively for impoverished young women attending the royal university of law and economics (rule) in the city of phnom penh in the kingdom of cambodia.
