Outreach education information referral. Adults - supported independent living community participation services and supports coordination processes. Children - service coordination management respite out of home assessment and counselling children with complex special needs and asd respite services. All of these programs are individualized supports to enable people with an intellectual disability to participate in age-appropriate activities.
