Aiding in the development of children and youth by providing a variety of resources including resources lending libraries; provide play and community preschool settings; provide resources and information to parents; provide support programs (education counselling support group meetings literacy development programs etc.); events for baby loss and child loss families: annual walk to remember annual high level bridge lighting for international pregnancy and infant loss awareness day (october 15th) annual baby loss retreat and annual candlelight memorial service for grieving families. Counselling was increased in 2023 to expand programming for mental health and addictions. Provide opportunities for children youth and adults to volunteer together. New for 2024: online chat room for those who have experienced the loss of a precious baby during pregnancy or anytime after birth. Offered at no cost to all who participate.
