Breakaway Community Services

The purpose of breakaway addiction services is to establish and carry on counselling education and related activities for the rehabilitation and prevention of persons experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol or who are at risk of such problems. Breakaway operates in west toronto and the surrounding area. Programming incorporates service to children and youth aged 13 to 25 years and their families.
