Scholarships to encourage future horticulture education. In person monthly membership meetings providing support and advise and training for gardeners. Monthly newsletter for members maintain teaching gardens we created and maintained both flower and vegetable gardens for the local hospice allowing the terminal patients to enjoy free cut flowers and the staff were able to prepare healthy meals with the fresh grown vegetables from the garden. The gardens were planted watered and maintained by the volunteers of the garden club created and maintained a program specifically for youth in our community to encourage the next generation of gardeners provided a summer garden tour for our members to view surrounding community gardens
