To provide support: bereavement and caregiver's support for the dying and their families. To provide transportation: volunteer drivers provide transportation to residents in the boundary area to 'out of town' and local facilities for medical appointments. To provide support to the palliative wing in the grand forks hospital facilitating a death cafe every 6 weeks - offering a platform for individuals to discuss death and dying in an open and unscheduled platform
