Bitelli Family Foundation

The purposes of the Society is to receive and maintain funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the ITA. 2024 was the Society's first full calendar of activities. During the year the Society made eight donations to qualified donees. The two most significant donations were to the following charities: 1. Paul Sugar Palliative Support Foundation. The goal of the foundation is to make the time remaining for terminally ill patients more comfortable and meaningful by providing support (physical emotional and spiritual) and by reducing suffering loneliness and fear. 2. Hollyburn Community Services Society. Its mission is to provide a continuum of supports to youth seniors individuals and families with social vulnerabilities on the North Shore.
