Birthplace Nha/Nhl Museum

The emphasis of the birth place nha/nhl museum is on educating visitors about the history of the nha from 1909-1917 and the role of m.j o'brien and his son ambrose of renfrew played in creating the national hockey association (nha) in 1909 before it evolved into the nhl 1917. Due to space limitations unable to introduce any new programs and requests to town for more space have been unsuccessful to date. Continued to museum visitors with the current nha history. Succesfull in promoting museum to gain media exposure-ctv news-ottawa & national news programs for our display on women in hockey and try to present smaller new exhibits along with the main story.
