To gift funds to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act that will advance education help to alleviate poverty and benifit the community as a whole in ways that the law regards as charitable. To receive hold and invest bequests donations gifts funds and property and to administer and distribute funds property endowments trusts and financial programs for the funding and support of the purposes of the foundation as presently set out and for such other organizations that are qualified donees as defined in the income tax act. To do all such things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the charitable purpose of the foundation.
