1. Parents grieving the death of an infant (pregnancy to age 2) 2. Parents grieving the death of a child (age 3 to adult) 3. Healing little hearts-this is a closed group for preschoolers (ages 4-7) and their caregivers-6 week program 4. Good grief-closed program for teenagers 5. Educational sessions for adults grieving the death of a loved one including understanding grief grief in the workplace and anything but merry 6. One-on-one support-volunteers are matched with individuals or families for support when programming is not currently available 7. Living with loss-twice a monthly adult open mixed-loss support groups for adults grieving the death of someone in their life 8. Library: a variety of resources are available to loan for bereaved individuals professionals students and other members of the public 9. Volunteer facilitator training: offered as needed through the year this course is required for all members interested in becvoming group or one-on-one facilitators 10. Living with loss by substance use-for adults grieving a death by drugs and alcohol 11. Outreach programming-support and education for staff/clients in partnership with community organizations 12. Memorial events-hosts two memorial events during the year for communities to come together to honour their loved ones
