Benskids Charitable Trust

The charity was not active during the period in question. The charity will performe the following activites once it becomes active: the trustees shall hold the trust property and the trust property and the incometherefrom shall be distributed to qualified donees (as that term is defined in the act) whose activities and purposes seek to better the lives of children in disadvantaged situations including more particularly qualified donees focused on one or more of the following initiatives: (a) improving the nutrition physical and mental health of children; (b) providing athletic equipment and opportunity for the benefit of children; (c) supporting the education of children including literacy programs and musicprograms; (d) providing educational scholarships and bursaries for the benefit of children; and (e) supporting education programs that encourage the pursuit of excellence for childrenwith high academic potential.
