The purposes of the foundation: 1. To advance education by providing publicly available scholarships bursaries and other forms of financial assistance to individuals to pursue post-secondary education in britsih columbia and expanding to other provinces in canada 2. To make grants of funds or other property to such other organizations as are qualified donees under the provisions of the income tax act canada; 3. To receive hold invest administer and distribute funds and property for the purposes of the society; and 4. To do all such other things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the foundation
