Beaufort association's core is two adult day programs serving 30 - 35 adults with diverse abilities. Quest personal development program and community options program. Each participant is assisted in the development of their individual plans. Small group activities provide peer learning and encouragement. Transportation program; mini vans provide transportation to and from programs and community activities for program participants. Pet treat bakery: owned and operated by beaufort association as a social enterprise business employing persons with diverse abilities. Self advocate resource centre providing an 'open door policy' independence and a place for persons with diverse abilities to meet. Litter busters program: working with the village of cumberland peope with diverse abilities are hired to 'keep our neighbourhood clean'.
