Beacon Community Association

Beacon Community Association provides a broad range of social services such as health subsidized housing assisted living counselling family seniors and children's services employment services service agreement with Ministry of Advanced Education Skills & Training to provide training and supports to help B.C. job seekers find and maintain employment and improve employment readiness. Beacon began operations of Meares Street Supportive Youth Housing during the fiscal year. This program is a supportive housing facility for Youth at risk of experiencing homelessness. The program is funded by BC Housing.
