Snowbility program - supports development and grassroots adaptive ski and snowboard programs with a focus on volunteer instructor training and accessibility development strategies. Equipment access grants - provide financial support for the purchases of equipment including specialized and adaptive equipment. All mountain camp/athlete development (formerly building our best) - provides participants with the opportunities to experience recreational racing /para-alpine race development and learn advanced alpine spiking and snowboarding skills. Shecan camps - provides skill development training and workshops for female instructors led by women leaders. Club leaders conference - provides the opportunity for adaptive ski club leaders from all over british columbia to come together for educational opportunities and to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness as the operational head of the club. Shoulder to shoulder - a new province wide program that provides recreational skiing and snowboarding opportunities for veterans first responders and rcmp officers rampitup - youth form to bring together youth living with a disability to try different adaptive sports and to foster personal grow social connection and community engagement
