Information referral counselling (individual and groups) transitional and housing support legal service (immigration and family law) and interpretations (in 170 languages) for women and gender diverse people who are experiencing or who are survivors of violence including partner assault sexual asault and child sexual abuse. Programs include: - advocating and servicing the most marginalized women and gender divrse people in canada experiencing sexual violence or harrassment (#andmeetooproject) - providing legal education for women and gender diverse people working in the hospitality and service industry at risk of exreriencing sexual harassment - researching and creating advanced practices (legal procedural and attitudinal) to deal with the criminalization of women and gender diverse people - developing practices frameworks and resources for gender-based violence risk identification and assessment - research outreach and suppor to immigrant women and gender diverse people experiencing multiple marginalization and exploitation and being vulnerable to sex trafficking - research coalition building case management and developing best practices to support gender-based violence survivors (#shecovery project)
