Bailie Family Foundation

The bailie family foundation receives funds and invests those funds to earn investment income. The foundation then makes disbursements of principal and income from it’s investment holdings to qualified donees that have as their mandate to support the growth and development needs of children youth and/or young adults in canada with a focus but not exclusively on disadvantaged children youth and/or young adults in the calgary/southern alberta and in the burlington/southern ontario areas. Those growth and development needs would include their academic/educational physical nutritional/health recreational/sport and life/social skills needs. Among other things. By way of example disbursements may be made to qualified donees that support: a) programs reading programs recreational activities sports organizations and extracurricular activities; and b) the education of young adults through burasaries and scholarships.
