The purpose of the foundation: - to receive gifts bequests funds and property and to hold maintain and invest said gift gifts bequests funds and property and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees. - to do and perform all such other acts and things as are incidental and ancillary to or necessary for the attainment and advancement of the foregoing purpose and the exercise of the power of the society .
