1) to relieve poverty by providing food and other basic supplies to persons of low income by establishing operating and maintain shelters for the homeless and provide counselling and other similar programs to relieve poverty. 2) to assist persons coping with the effects of substance abuse by offering education and counselling and by establishing mutual support programs. 3) to provide relief to persons with disabilities by developing and implementing recreation education and social integration programs for the disabled.
