The centre is also used as a polar bear rescue facility. Conservation and Research - Focus on arctic and subarctic species conservation Manitoba species conservation and conservation of international species at risk. The Leaf - Canada's Diversity Gardens – indoor horticultural attraction offering educational programs for all ages tours special events camps membership event venues and a restaurant Volunteer Program - In 2024 we had 1 010 volunteers providing more than 87 000 hours of service Continued redevelopment of Park amenities including repairing and replacing deteriorating buildings and exhibits and updating attractions and amenities in a way that will be beneficial to the community.
